Obama spoke with Iran president to speak about the nuclear weapon issue. The issue was that Iran promised that they weren't using the nuclear weapons to harm people, but they ended up doing it. In other words they said the nuclear weapon was for safety reasons, but Iran broke the promise and used it on their own people. United States owes some people and countries a lot of money, to prevent having even more debt by borrowing from other countries the congress proposed the debt ceiling. This means that congress will decide on how much more money the United States can borrow and spend. One thing that is making this hard is that the Obama care costs a lot of money and with it congress needs to increase the debt ceiling.
